The last 3 months in a nutshell…
As some of you may have noticed, we’ve been a little absent over the last few months here…but not to worry, it’s with good reason! A lot has been going on around these parts (new clients, lots of new design work, vintage hunting, eating, babies, holidays, etc) and instead of talking your ear off, I thought I’d give you a photo tour of some of the things we’ve been up to.
As some of you may know, this past Summer we moved into a darling new apt in Seattle, on South Lake Union. We love it and couldn’t be more happy with our hard pressed find.
Here’s the view we get to see each day…
Copper loves his new home and has taken up permanent residence on our new rugs.
Can anyone share in the pain of cleaning such rugs? ugh.
But he stares perpetually out the window, longing for his beach. (we moved from a beachfront home)
We’ve met lots of wonderful friends, including Kevin, our new BFF and most wonderful client.
We’ve gone to many exciting design and social media events…including one at the Arctic Club.
We’ve eaten out…a lot.
Our favorite Pho.
We’ve babysat friends’ dogs…this little munchkin is named Gizmo. He is crazy.
We’ve eaten out more…
And then realized we didn’t talk throughout the whole meal because we were too busy taking pics and tweeting.
We’ve gone to games…they lost.
Discovered the most darling French bakery…and eaten way too much.
David grew his hair out…and forgot to shave.
I’ve become a hard-core obsessive knitter…making a plethora of things for our new baby niece.
Copper took up modeling professionally.
We decorated for Christmas and vowed to only purchase and decorate with vintage decor. We’re super stoked at our growing collection of ornaments, lights and creepy elves (that one’s for you Vintage Cabin).
Took drunken, blurry photos of the Space Needle. Just kidding…kinda. :)
And we received the most wonderful, amazing, beautiful Christmas present ever…a little baby niece named Cadence Joy.
She was born over two months early, weighing a little over 2lbs, but we couldn’t be more thrilled to share that she is doing so, so well and is completely healthy.
A true Christmas miracle.
You’ll be hearing more about this little gem…a lot more. What more could you expect from a first time uncle and aunt?
And lastly, we finished the holiday off with crappy chinese food…an unofficial tradition in our family.
Merry late Christmas and happy early New Year you guys!

We’ve got lots of new and exciting things for the blog and store…so stay tuned.
