We’ve been friends and fans of Ms. Genevieve of LacOprint (and LacOkine, her jewelry store) for some time now. We aren’t sure what came first in our little internet camaraderie, twitter, flickr, or blog. Either way, we’ve gotten to know this gem of an artist over the past several months and we think she’s spiffy.

Recently, she launched a new store on etsy where we sells prints of her most lovely designs, LacOprint. We can’t wait to see more of her creations.

Hmmm, good cup of coffee and freshly baked apple turnover, does it get any better than that? We think not.

This morning we woke up dreaming about brightly lit rooms, fit for creating whatever the imagination could drum up (we’re house hunting at the moment, can you tell?). Of course all brightly lit creative spaces must have a thinking chair. For the room in mind the only chair suitable would have to be a Eero Saarinen womb chair, but we’re still not sure on the color…
