And the clock strikes…?
We are notorious night owls. It is rare that we go to bed before 3am or get up before 9am. To some this may seem lazy or an inefficient way to function, however for us, it works. We’ve tried to change our habits many a times, but it never seems to stick. For some reason we are most productive in the evening and we have found this to be a common trait among other designers and artists.
We have an 83 year old neighbor whom we love and this is our common dialogue as we go to get our “morning” coffee.
Bernice: “I saw your lights were on at 5am this morning when I got up, you guys work late again?”
Us: “Yup. You want coffee?”
Bernice: “Oh no, I had mine at 5 this morning when I got up”
We are starting to think that maybe we should start going to bed earlier if we want to live as long as she. I’m sure there is some research to back this up somewhere, but yeah uh, we’ll have to think about that one.
So while we are on the subject of time, sleeping and the whole time and space continuum thing, yeah I don’t know what that means. But anyhow, we wanted to show you some really spectacular clocks…some new, some not.
